元はと言えば私のこの旅の一番の理由はこのレストラン、Keisuke Matsushima、に来たかったからなの。ShoeLadyはお仕事だけど。せっかくなのでお任せのコースにしてもらいました！最初のアミューズからデザートまでと〜っても美味しかった！これは凄く新鮮で軽やかな季節のグリンピースの入ったリゾット。自分からあまりたのみそうにない一品だから余計に美味しかったのが嬉しい。ニースの外ではあまり手に入らないローカルなワインも飲めて言うことの無いディナー！おまけにシェフともお話しできてかなりご機嫌で帰りました！また来たいな〜

Though ShoeLady’s reason for this trip was business, my primary reason for tagging along was to come to this restaurant, Keisuke Matsushima. Not only was the dinner delicious, it really exceeded expectations.  From the amuse bouche to the dessert, it was fantastic. I also finally got to drink Bellet, the wine that’s hard to find outside of Nice because it’s their local wine. And just when we thought the dinner couldn’t have gotten better, we got to chat with the chef who’s quite a character! Lots of great energy. Looking forward to experiencing his creations again soon!
