建国記念日、花火の日！それからバーベキューを食べる日！丁度ロンドンからお友達が来ているからせっかくだからアメリカらしく過ごしましょ！ってことで午後にこんな感じのBBQたべにBlue Smokeって言うレストランへ。ボリューム満点。一人前を二人で分けても沢山あまるぐらい。でもおいし〜の！奥から：牛のリブ、BBQチキン、豚のリブ、にプールドポーク。サイドにクリームのほうれん草。これって定番BBQ。でも自分家で出来るようなものではありません。

Independence Day! That means fire works day, BBQ day, Hot dog eating contest day. Since our friends from London are in town, we thought we should do it the proper American way. So here we are, at Blue Smoke, eating BBQ. There’s a ton of food but all so yummy. This isn’t just grilling meat, it’s BBQ where you should leave it to the pros to cook a really nice meal!
