バスティールデーだからフレンチな気分でよく行くフレンチレストラン, Benoitのバーにパスティスを飲みに来たよ。アニス好きには美味しいドリンク。氷と水をたすと色が変わるから楽し〜！オーダーするとこんな感じで出してくれて作ってくれるの。この味で言うと最近はchartreuseにはまってるんだけどね。この後はソールムニエルをボナペティと言ってご機嫌に平らげました。本当Vive la France！

It’s Bastille Day so let’s be French! Off to our usual French bistro, Benoit, we go. There, awaits our pastis to cheer “vive la France!” It’s just fun to drink pastis because it changes color as you pour in the water. You have to like anise though and I’ve been more partial to chartreuse these days. Anyway, now that we’re happily feeling French, I had a dinner of a beautiful Sole Meunière with brown butter sauce. C’était très délicieux!
