July 24: Peruvian Ceviche

In Miami again! Everyone knows that Miami is great for latin food. There’s this little restaurant called Pachamama near us that has authentic Peruvian cuisine. Yes, the country (city of Lima) where most international foodies would agree that it is one of the most delicious places in the world. I’m not saying we’re eating at that caliber but this place is still pretty yummy and they always have a really good unfancy ceviche. The stuff you see in NY restos are modern interpretations of the dish. Suffice to say, dinner was delish! But I can’t say the same for the wine. Though it’s been an experience drinking Peruvian wine. Didn’t know such thing existed, especially outside of Peru.
