Apparently, spicy chili oil is the trend in Japan. We got this from a friend and now I see why. This stuff is addictive with rice! You normally use la-yu with dumplings but this one has crunchy fried garlic inside. Just pour some over rice and you won’t be able to put your chopsticks down. I think I’m craving Japanese food now.
