東日本大震災支援金のイベントChefs Cook for Japan に行ってきました。アメリカの大物シェフ達勢揃いで日本の食文化がどれだけ一流シェフ達をインスパイヤーしてるかよく感じました。シェフ達とちょっとお話しながら色々と美味しいものがサンプル出来たよ。中にも鉄人森本さんがと〜っても美味しい中トロ握っていました。（ShoeLadyはちゃっかり鉄人にさび抜きにしてくださ〜い！なんて言ってました。ニコニコで応じてくれましたよ〜）

We went to Chefs Cook for Japan, a benefit for Japan’s earthquake relief fund. All the superstar chefs were there which tells you how much Japanese cuisine has influenced the world’s best chefs. It was a rare occasion to see and be able to taste morsels from such a caliber of chefs at the same time. Leading the way was Iron Chef Morimoto who was handing out amazing pieces of chu-toro tuna sushi. He even obliged to ShoeLady’s request of no wasabi with a smile!
