美味しいもの食べた〜いって思って今日はバッテリーパークにあるNorth End Grillに行ってきました。有名シェフのFloyd Cardozはスパイスのマジッシャン。風味のバランスが凄いのよね！シェフのことをちょっと調べたら、インド生まれ、スイスの私が行った学校の姉妹校で料理の勉強をしたのに驚いた。面白く世の中狭いな〜ってちょっと思ったな。

Craving for something delicious, I went to North End Grill in Battery Park for a great dinner. Being an admirer of chef Floyd Cardoz cooking since his days at Tabla, I did a little Googling on the chef to find out that he had gone to the sister school to my high school in Switzerland for hotel management and culinary school education. Pretty small world 🙂
