そう、卵焼き。バルセロナの朝のお散歩に近くのマーケットに寄ったらもちろんタパスバーが開いていたのでちょっとコーヒーを。目の前に色んなタパスが見えるからやっぱりちょっと味見したいでしょ！適当にオーダーしたのがこの卵焼き。常温でとーってもシンプル。季節のマッシュルームが入っていてすごい美味しい！目が覚めて次は鰯の揚げたのを頼んでペロリ。おはようございます！

Morning stroll looking for a cup of coffee in Barcelona. We walked into a market in the neighborhood. A sort of a mini Boqueria. Of course there are tapas bars inside so we decided to get our coffee there. Then we started seeing delicious looking tapas being displayed. So we ordered this tortilla con setas. Looks pretty regular, right? and in Barcelona, I’m sure it’s just regular. But it was so good! Super simple eggs with seasonal mushrooms. It’s just that the egg tastes like eggs and the mushrooms! so aromatic and woody. It’s even eaten at room temperature. This totally woke us up and our taste buds so we proceeded to order some fried sardines. mmm! Good Morning indeed!
