好きなシェフ、Justin Smilieの新しいレストラン開いたよ！Uplandって言う所なんだけどちょっとカリフォルニア風のメニュー。素材を活かしたものばかり。その中でもこれ、舞茸を丸ごと揚げたのがすごくいい！軽いクリームをちょっと付けて食べても美味しいけどそのままでも全然いける！大きすぎるかなと思ったけどぺろりでした。他にもポークチョップ（crackling porcelet）もヤバイからミスらないように！パリパリの皮！

Upland by chef Justin Smilie is open! And it’s so yummy. One of the dishes that’s making it’s rounds around foodies and critics is the whole crispy fried maitake mushroom, cloumage + herbs and it’s so lovely. Woodsy, mushroomy, crispy but not crunchy, maitake flavor totally shines. Also, not to be missed is the crackling porcelet. OMG, that crispy skin!
