Rainbow cookies! The best in NYC that I can remember. Can I get a dozen? You know, rainbow cookies don’t necessarily look the most appetizing. With the strong colors and all. But they are yummy! It’s not easy to find great ones and are a bit of a pain to make them so if you come across good ones, remember where you got them bec you’ll need to go back for some more. Rubirosa in NoLita does a great job. Not only with these cookies but with everything on the menu. Like pasta and pizza…. mmmmmm!
