My first attempt at West African style chicken peanut stew? It feels Thai to me 😅 but turned out yummy. And it smells good! Lots of ginger with peanut butter and tomatoes. 

インターネットで見かけたレシピで初めての西アフリカン風のピーナツチキンシチューを作ってみた。元々どんな味なのか知らないから実際にアフリカンフレーバーに出来たのか分からないけど私にはタイ風な香りと味に出来たような気がする。生姜がとってもきいていて美味しいよ。
