Barbuto, one of NY’s beloved restaurants is closing at the end of May. And everyone is really sad! So before they close, I went to have their greatest hits: JW Chicken with salsa verde, Kale Salad (the best one!), Crispy Potatoes, and the off-menu/worst kept secret carbonara. The chef himself was there greeting people.
NY長年人気のレストランBarbutoが５月いっぱいで閉店するらしい。だから閉まる前にもう一回（か二回？）！人気メニュー一通り食べてきました！サルサベルデチキン、ケールサラダ（ケールサラダの人気に火をつけたかも）、クリスピーポテト、それに秘密のカルボナーラ。あ〜全部美味しい〜自分で作らないと食べれなくなるぅ〜
