I had Japanese caviar for the first time. Rather than going for a fusion cuisine approach, this one was brined in dashi, giving it a subtle but very Japanese flavor. I think I like it! Especially when handled by a sushi chef at one of my favorite sushi restaurants.
ファンシーなお寿司屋さんで日本のキャビア食べたら出汁で味付けしてあってとても和な味に!美味しかったよ!やっぱり日本食、日本の味が1番。コロナ禍の中家族だけの貸切で贅沢したぞ。
