Once again, stone crab season started on October 15, and that means it’s time for Joe’s.
The claws are cold, cracked, and perfect as ever. If you’ve been, you know: there’s a rhythm to it. The white tablecloths, the lime wedges, the endless side dishes. And yes, the not-so-secret must-order item, the fried chicken! Crisp, golden, and juicy, it somehow holds its own next to the star crustaceans. Joe’s isn’t just a meal. It’s a seasonal ritual. And I’m always happy to be part of it.

今年もストーンクラブのシーズンがやってきましたよ！毎年10月15日からスタートです。というわけで、早速ジョーズ・ストーンクラブへ。冷たくてすでに割ってくれている爪は、相変わらずの完璧さ。白いテーブルクロスにライム、どっさりのサイドディッシュ。あの昔ながらのレストランのリズムがたまらなく心地良い。そして忘れてはいけないのが、“隠れメニュー？”今では名物のフライドチキン。カリッと揚がっていてジューシー。このストーンクラブの爪たちに並ぶ存在感。ジョーズの食事は、季節の風物詩みたいなものでこの時期の楽しみですね。
