February 14: Uni Spaghettini

またお家ごはんだよ!米国でもウニ好きが凄く多いのよね。っでグルメスーパーのイータリーに寄った時ウニの箱を売ってるの見つけて喜んで買っちゃった!メニュー決めている間に何個かはわさびとお醤油で食べちゃったけどウニパスタに決定!ちょっと残っていた伊勢海老の身も少し足してリッチなパスタの出来上がり。ワインが進むナイスディナー。

I might be on a roll? Cooking at home again! This time with sea urchin. So many people are obsessed with sea urchin and I am definitely one of them. When I went shopping to Eataly, I saw a beautiful box of uni so I just had to get it. I think I ended up nibbling on a few pieces with a little soy sauce while I contemplated the menu. Then I came up with uni spaghettini! Adding a few pieces of lobster tail made it that much more luxe (and delicious!!). To be repeated!
