We are in New York for Christmas this year. And got nostalgic about festive food from Argentina. Or at least what we thought was traditional. So we recreated some childhood food memories. This roasted beef with pineapple and ham with a caramel sauce (love the crunch from the caramel sauce), and an aspic that would make my French chef proud? Better remembered as gelatina. Our grand-aunt Quel-quel (Raquel) used to make all this food so well! Forever engrained in our food memory.

今年のクリスマスはニューヨークで過ごしました。クリスマスのご馳走の事を考えていたらアルゼンチンで子供の頃食べたご馳走が懐かしくなり再現にチャレンジ！ローストビーフとパイナップルとハムにキャラメルソースをかけた物にヘラティーナと呼んだチキンのゼラチンのサラダ、クラシックなフレンチみたいに！アルゼンチンではケルケルおばあちゃん（ラケル）が美味しく作ってくれたなぁ〜と思い出しながら食べました。
