Bright colors and great contrasting flavors and textures all around. Exciting food at Nur. The eggplant carpaccio is a must, and not just because it looks stunning. There’s so much depth of flavor. Everyone orders the sesame bagel to start and for good reason. Panipuri wakes up your tastebuds. Lamb chops cooked perfectly and that house made couscous makes you realize you never had couscous until now. It’s so fluffy and delicate.
気になっていたレストラン Nur やっと行けた！予想どうりに美味しかった〜メニューは中東の料理。この茄子のカルパッチョ、見た目はもちろんインスタ映えしてるけど味の方も面白い。他にももう名物になっているセサミーのベーグル、イズラエル式でいつものNYベーグルとは違う。でも一番驚いたのはラム肉料理に付いてきたクスクスが！今まで食べてきたクスクスは一体何だったのかと思うくらい違った。ふわふわでデリケート。実は作るのに結構手間がかかるらしい。
