Thanksgiving in Florida! It feels funny when the weather outside is warm but I roasted a turkey since that’s what you do. It never is my favorite bird to eat but I must say it came out pretty good. And it was the first meal we had at the renovated apartment! We made it luxurious by having oysters from our favorite oyster shop and caviar from our local Russian market. Oh and a very French rendition of a pumpkin pie by our local patisserie. Pumpkin pie, also not my favorite but this one was great! Happy Thanksgiving!

フロリダでサンクスギビングです。なんだか外が暖かいと変な感じ。NYでは大体初雪がこの辺りだからね。今年はリクエストがあったから七面鳥焼きました。あまり好きな食べ物じゃないけどビックリするぐらい美味しく出来ちゃいました。それにレノべして初の食事でした！少し豪華にするのに好きな牡蠣屋さんから牡蠣を、近所のロシアンマーケットからキャビアを、あと近所の新しいフレンチベーカリーからパンプキンパイを頼みました。パンプキンパイも美味しいと思えないんだけどフレンチアレンジのやつは美味しかった！ハッピーサンクスギビング！
