週末だよ！お天気も良いしちょっとSOHOでぶらぶらお買い物。お腹減った所で久しぶりにバルタザールでステーキ＆フリッツブランチ！相変わらず混んでいるけどタイミング良くバーに２席開いていたからラッキー！待たずに直ぐ食べれました。美味しかった〜ステーキと一緒にベルネーズソースとハーブのバターが付いて来て美味！あまったバターも美味しいからステーキ食べた後にパンに付けて食べちゃった。

It’s the weekend! And a beautiful one at that. So we went shopping in SoHo today. Passing by Balthazar instantly made us hungry so we grabbed a seat at the bar to satisfy a steak frites craving. Funny how that craving kicks in every time I pass by Balthazar 😀 Mmm~ the bernaise sauce was good but the herbed butter was so good that we asked for bread *after* the steak to spread the leftover buttery goodness. And we even took some home!
