今年のクリスマスイブのディナーはお友達の家で！一緒に作ろうと言ったは良いが私はキッチンで一緒におしゃべりしながらワイン飲んでつまみ食いしてただけ。。。その間にこんな凄い子羊の脚が見事に焼き上がり！クリスマスらしいでしょ？肉汁もむだなく下にあるポテトが吸い込んで美味しいポテトの出来上がり。美味しかったよ〜沢山食べた後は子供達が寝てから皆で「サンタ」になりきってツリーの下にプレゼントを飾ってクッキーの齧りかけをのこしてクリスマスの準備完了！

This year, we did Christmas dinner at our friends’ place! I was supposed to help cook but ended up just chatting in the kitchen while I sipped some wine and munched on everything that was being prepared! And magically my friend produced this impressive leg of lamb that was so juicy and delish! And not a drop of jus was wasted as all the potatoes soaked that up making them heavenly. After feasting on a lot of yummy food, and the kiddies were sent to bed, we played the role of Santa by placing the gifts by the tree and making sure to eat the cookies the girls left for Santa. Mission accomplished! Christmas done well!
