NYの美味しいサンドイッチ、ポルケッタを紹介！イタリアでよく見かけるこのサンドイッチ、豚のローストしたお肉とパリパリの皮をチバッタパンに挟むだけ。ジューシー感とパリパリ感のバランスがうれしい肉汁のしみたパンも美味しい！このお店はイーストビレッジにあってPorchettaって言う所なんだけど私の仕事場からは遠いからお昼に行けるチャンスがなかなかないのよね。。。でも今日はちょっと用事があってここの近所にお昼の時間に居たからラッキー！サイドに頼める野菜もおいしいから忘れずに！

I’ve been meaning to stop by the much talked about Sarah Jenkins’ joint, Porchetta for a long time. But since I usually have no business being in the East Village around lunch time, it took me until now to get a taste of this delish sandwich! Juicy pieces of roasted pork and crispy skin sandwiched in a cibatta roll. How good does that sound! And it tastes even better. Simple straightforward and perfectly seasoned. Maybe it’s good that I don’t work near here or I’ll be here everyday. If you go, don’t forget to order a side of the cooking greens!
