新しいナポリのピザレストランが近所に開いたから早速行ってみました。美味しいよ!W.VillageにあるKesteとも関係があるまじめなピザ屋。中にもMontanaraがハイライト。まずピザ生地が揚げてあってソースとスモークモッツァレラを乗っけてオーブンで仕上げるんだって。揚げてあるけどふわっと軽い感じに仕上がります。自家製のブラッターも美味!!

A new pizza place from Napoli just opened in the neighborhood so we went to check it out! They are related to Keste which is one of our favorite places in the W.Village where they have an impressive Pizza oven (2011 was the year of getting impressive pizza ovens in ny restos). The pizza. It’s yummy! They have this fried dough pizza called the Montanara. They fried they dough, then put the sauce and smoked mozzarella and it gets finished in the oven. Despite the dough being friend, it’s a light fluffy pizza and the smoky mozza makes it unique. They also make their burrata daily inhouse that must not be missed!
