ShoeLadyお仕事でLAに行っていたのでJin Patisserieからお土産頼んでおきました！パティシエのクリスティーチューさんは以前スチュアーデスをやっていて世界を旅している間に色々な味に出会ったらしい。クッキーやケーキも好評なんだけどその中でも彼女のチョコレートが美味しいの！色々なカルチャーの影響がある味がとっても上手に取り入れてあります。今はロスにしかないけどもうすぐオンラインで買えるようになるらしい！

ShoeLady was in LA for work so I asked her to bring back some goodies from Jin Patisserie! The patissiere, Kristy Choo used to be a flight attendant and had traveled the world getting her taste buds inspired. And it reflects in her work. I think she achieves creating these wonderful cookies and chocolates that highlights the flavors without overpowering the base. Her lavender cookies are really well done without ever feeling perfumey. Her greentea cookies have just enough bitterness that makes the cookie elegant in flavor. And her chocolates! Mmmm her chocolates are so smooth, just the perfect sweetness and has a clean finish leaving enough of a hint to reach for more.
