新しい話題のメキシカンレストラン、Cosmeへ行ってきました！味も場所もとてもモダンでお洒落。普通アメリカで想像するメキシカンとは大違い。Chilaquilesがメキシコらしいスパイスでトロトロ卵と食べるのが美味しかった！でもいちばんビックリで今晩のハイライトはなんとデザートだったの！このコーンのムースがメレンゲに入ってるデザート。繊細なムースなんだけどとってもトウモロコシ！それからトウモロコシの皮が入ってるメレンゲ、甘すぎずバランスの良いクランチ。また食べたい！

Went to Cosme, brand new Mexican resto by Enrique Olvera. It is modern-sleek and very clean, for both the food and the space.  Almost too delicate in flavor except for the fun and bold chilaquiles with an awesome runny egg! But the biggest highlight of the dinner, for me, was… the dessert! ✨husk meringue, corn mousse ✨ OMG! Lovely delicate corn mousse without going shy on the flavor. Great meringue texture. Absolutely loved it! Licked the plate. And now, once again, I’m thinking of making corn ice cream!
