November 23: Let’s eat uni

勢いよくウニの箱買っちゃったよ。それで贅沢にウニ沢山のウニスパゲッティ作った!おまけにホタテも入れて。なんとなく海のカルボナーラって感じの味〜ウニも卵だしね!

Uni spaghetti with scallops! A bit decadent for Sunday brunch eating in? Nah, didn’t think so either! Don’t really think there’s a way to screw up uni pasta ? this time, I sprinkled some chives so that it cuts that richness a bit. Feels a bit like a seafood carbonara where uni is the egg. Well, they ARE eggs!
