カクテルってそれほど好んで飲まないけど（いつもワイン！）飲むときは甘くなくってビター系のカクテルが多いかなぁ。ビターなカクテルを自慢とする小さな可愛いバー、Amor y Amargoがイーストヴィレッジにあるのを聞いていて機会がなくやっと最近寄ってみました！小さくってノスタルジックなバーでいい感じ。早速ネグローニを試してみたらやっぱり美味しかった！色々な種類のビターも売っていて家でもカクテル作りたい人にはぴったり。今度は実際にビターの味だけでなくビターの入ってるカクテル飲んでみないと！（ネグローニは味はカンパリで苦めだけどビターは入ってません）

If you like bitters, you should go get a cocktail here at Amor y Amargo. Or even to shop for bitters! I am the type of person that likes bitter flavors so there’s no exception to my preference in cocktails (though I normally stick to wine). My favorite aperitif is a Negroni. So despite that the Negroni doesn’t actually use bitters (the bitter taste is from the Campari), I figured that a bar that specializes in “amargo” will make a fine Negroni.  And they did not disappoint! A very intimate gem of a bar.
