NYの凄い東欧のMuncanって名前の肉屋さん発見！かなり昔からあるらしい。数え切れないほどのソーセージの種類やハム、全部ここで作っているんだって！凄いよ！それに美味しい！ダックプロシュートとかパプリカサラミとか、あと出来立ての豚バラ揚げ（チチャロン）がたまらない！そしてお値段も不思議なくらいお手頃！通いそう。。。うちの近所じゃなくって良かった。。

There’s this amazing Eastern European charcuterie store in Astoria called Muncan, and it’s the most amazing store ever!  They make everything right there in the back of the store. There’s an overwhelming selection of meats but the staff is super knowledgeable and friendly. I chose about 5 different kinds of charcout and they were all fantastic and different. They also sell addictive chicharron by the scoopful. Dangerous stuff! And so the addiction began…
