Mmmm yakitori hits the spot! You get great pieces (parts?) of the chicken at Totto. But it makes me want to have even the crazier skewers now that I’m beginning to satisfy the craving! The heart, knee cartilage, the tubes that are attached to the heart, gizzards, some skin, tsukune, their addictive mizuna salad with baby sardines, agedashi tofu. Oh and an order of grilled 🍙. And panda sake to wash it all down. Yum!
