お友達の誕生日ディナーに凄いパエリアっぽい料理が話題のレストランNuelaに！それがこのアロスコンパト。フォアグラ、コンフィ、砂肝、ロースト鴨胸肉、鴨の卵の目玉焼がサフランごはんの上に乗っかっているの。お焦げのクリスピーな所もうれしい。ボリューム満点！話題になるのも納得。

Finally went to Nuela to have the arroz con pato that everyone’s been talking about. And it’s delicious! It’s over the top. It has, roasted duck breast, confit thighs & gizzards, seared foie gras, verde rice, and a soft duck egg. I don’t think you can get more duck flavor in one bite. The rice has a nice socarrat that adds a nice toasty crispy texture. Certainly a signature dish worth going to the restaurant for.
