DBGBって言うレストランでポトフのディナーイベントに参加してきました！何時のメニューとは違って今日だけのメニュー。ファミリースタイルで知らない人達とこの山盛りポトフを分けて食べたの。いろいろな肉のカットが入っていて美味しかったよ。寒い時に嬉しい料理。けど今年のNYの冬は温かい 😀

A pot au feu dinner at DBGB. I love pot au feu but not something easy to do at home unless you’re willing to eat the same thing for the whole week! Clean flavors of the meat alone. It’s the perfect dinner for a cold winter night. Only we’ve had a warm winter in NY this year 😀 Anyway, it was yummy regardless. Wasn’t much of a fan of the communal seating and eating but it was a one night event and our dining companions were polite and friendly.
