チェコ料理のレストラン行ってきました！マンハッタンにあるんだけれどあまり何も無いエリア。チェコ領事館のビルの中にあるの。レストランに着くと何かヨーロッパに居る気分。料理も美味しかったけど中にはディナーよりブランチに食べたいような卵のサンドイッチみたいな物も出て来た。今晩のハイライトはこの揚げた卵のアペタイザー！トロトロの卵が美味しそうでしょ？

Czech dinner at Hospoda tonight! In Manhattan but a little out of the way in midtown on the east side. A bit of no mans land, in the building housing the Czech consulate. It’s a space where you feel like you’re somewhere in Europe. Causal and comfy with pretty good food. Some of it felt more like a lunch or brunch menu but there were highlights, like this free range fried egg. See the egg oozing out? mmmm~
